stock within delegated budget)

- Payroll
- Keeping track and maintaining equipment
- Overall Standards are Kept Up (Food Quality, Restaurant
Appearance)
- Dealing with any issues that may arise (Staff, Customers,
Distributors)
- Bank Deposits
- Cash up Sheets
- Updating Menu including Online Ordering Apps
- Waste Tracking/ Product Shrinkage
- Price Auditing (Local Competitors)
- Menu Pricing
- Running Invoices (Tracking Inflation)
- Running Errands (Local Suppliers)
- Office Work
