Professional Credentials: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a CPA designation.
Proven Experience: At least 3 years of progressive experience within a CPA firm.
Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of ASPE and CAS.
Software Savvy: Hands-on experience with Caseware, Caseview, Taxprep/Profile, QuickBooks, and Sage 50 (Simply Accounting).
Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to build lasting relationships with both colleagues and clients.
