Lead end-to-end project delivery across client engagements, from scoping and planning through execution and closeout. Define project scope, milestones, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements in collaboration with the technical team. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide transparent reporting to internal leadership and clients.
