We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Finishing Carpenter with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The right candidate will have a solid background in crown moulding, baseboards, feature walls, custom cabinetry, and ceiling designs. You must be comfortable reading blueprints and leading a crew of 3–4 team members on-site. A strong working knowledge of hand-held, electric, and air-powered tools is essential.


Main Duties:


  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware.

  • Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.

  • Measure cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials. 

  • Install crown moulding, baseboards, feature walls, and other custom trim with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Build and install custom-made cabinets and ceiling features based on project blueprints.

  • Interpret and work from architectural drawings and blueprints.

  • Operate and maintain a variety of hand tools, electric tools, and pneumatic (air-powered) tools.

  • Ensure all work meets quality standards, job specifications, and safety regulations.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
