  Job Description

We are looking for an experience Chef for our establishment in North Vancouver, V7M 0G7 BC.

Required:  Very good knowledge of English                                                                                                                                                                             Post secondary education diploma or certificate of at least 1 year                                                                                                                         Required relevant experience at least 3 years 


Duties included in the role:  Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items                                                                                                                 Estimate labour costs                                                                                                                                                                           Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions                                                                            Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs                                                                                                                              Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards                                                                                                                Recruit and hire staff                                                                                                                                                                            Supervise activities of sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs and cooks
