```Job Summary```
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teaching Assistant to join our team. As an  ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a solid foundation for their future education. ``Duties```

- supporting  the educators in implementing and executing the lesson plans

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow

- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to engage students in learning activities
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians and to early childhood educators and supervisors
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a positive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of student's attendance, behavior, and academic performance
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress
-Experience in working with special needs children is an asset
-Assist with proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits, maintain hygiene
-Maintain daycare equipment and assist in housekeeping and helping children during meal and snack time 

-Helping children during nap time , ensuring their comfort and safety
- Plan age-appropriate activities and circle time for children

- Experience working with young children in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
