  Job Description

We are looking for two positions of food service supervisor for our restaurant located  in 20811 Fraser Hwy Unit 5, Langley, BC V3A 4G7.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of related work experience, good knowledge of English and education equal to high school certificate.

The main duties of the position are:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
