  Job Description

Duties:

·         Delegate tasks to workers who prepare and serve food;

·         Supervise the activities of kitchen staff;

·         Establish work schedules;

·         Estimate and order ingredients and supplies;

·         Maintain records of stock, inventory and wastage;

·         Prepare and submit reports;

·         Ensure quality control of prepared food;

·         Hire & Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures;

·         Coach employees about how to improve their work habits;

·         Ensure that employees follow all safety and health codes;

Wages:                                     $19.50/ hr for 30 hours/week
